FacetagFaceTag is a working prototype of a semantic collaborative tagging tool conceived for bookmarking information architecture resources. It aims to show how the flat keywords space of tags can be effectively mixed with a richer faceted classification scheme to improve the system information architecture. This is a project I'm working on together with Emanuele Quintarelli and Luca Rosati. The web is being spinned and the project will be presented at EuroIA 2006. |

AbulafiaAbulafia is the other side of my work on information architecture. It's basically a grassroot effort to bring topic maps to FL/OSS CMS, and it's now part of my doctoral research at the Department of History and Informatics, University of Bologna. Much of the work is still in the planning and researching stage, so I'm afraid there is not that much to see now. |
